I started today off with a nice workout, I really am working hard to get into shape!
I have been drinking a "breakfast" smoothie every morning for the past few weeks and it really helps keep up my energy and lasts until lunch.
Here are the Ingredients that I use:
1 chopped frozen banana (I wait until they are a little brown before freezing them)
1 tsp of Wheat Grass
1 tsp of Cholora
1 tsp of Acai
2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Almond Milk (I usually just eye the amount based off of my Nutribullet Cup)
It tastes pretty good, sometimes I will add some peanut butter, which makes it even better!!
It is really simple and Organic Burst offers amazing products and amazing benefits! I really feel the difference throughout my mind and body.
I also take the Organic Burst Spiralina tablets in the morning with my probiotics.
